Tilting to 90 degrees is the point of the thing: instead of bending into a deep container all shift, the load comes to the operator at an angle they can actually work at. It's the practical middle ground between a forklift and a fixed lift table — cheaper than the first, more mobile than the second.
12-volt DC battery powered — cordless, run it anywhere on the floor. Phenolic wheels with a mix of swivel and rigid casters keep it rolling straight under load, and the low-profile frame lets the operator get in close for control.
